About the Position: This position is responsible for selling the company’s inventory of residential homes to prospective buyers. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, which results in a high level of customer satisfaction and community reputation, while demonstrating respect and professionalism. In addition, the Area Sales Manager is responsible for the leadership and development of the Sales Associates assigned to their designated community.
