Work Schedule: 100% FTE. Day Shift. Hours ranging 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. On-call rotation required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Neuro-Oncology Clinic Pharmacist to: - Manage comprehensive medication therapy for neuro-oncology patients, including treatment of comorbid conditions such as seizures, stroke risk, and cognitive decline. - Collaborate with physicians under delegated authority to adjust therapy, manage adverse effects, and optimize treatment plans. - Support clinical research initiatives by assisting with protocol-related medication management and ensuring safe and compliant drug use. - Provide ongoing counseling and longitudinal follow-up to improve adherence to oral chemotherapy and supportive care regimens. - Monitor, interpret, and manage laboratory values and treatment-related toxicities for complex chemotherapy regimens.
