Overview As a Production Support Engineer, you will join a highly technical, business-critical Production Support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing trading systems in a fast-paced environment. The team plays a key role in ensuring system stability, scalability, and performance across global trading operations. You will collaborate closely with traders, development, and infrastructure teams to support live trading environments, respond to incidents, and drive continuous improvement in system reliability, monitoring, and deployment practices. This is a role combining production support and engineering, requiring both strong troubleshooting capability and the ability to build, automate, and improve systems. In this role you will: Provide technical support to trading environments, troubleshooting complex issues and resolving incidents in a time-sensitive setting. Build and improve automation tools to reduce manual intervention and increase system reliability.
