Your role: This role is a cornerstone of the company’s data strategy, owning the reliability and evolution of a mission‑critical data platform. The Data Engineering Lead ensures trusted, timely data for business and executive decision‑making, while leading incident response, platform stability, and continuous improvement. Acting as both architect and team leader, the role bridges engineering and business, guiding teams through data challenges and ensuring secure, scalable data operations across the enterprise.
