You will coordinate work, guide complex repairs, and help your team deliver high-quality maintenance that supports unit reliability and Phillips 66’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Operations and other partners while developing the skills and careers of the craft workers you supervise.
