This role consolidates financial data across multiple business units and supports senior leader-level decision-making while managing a team (Financial Analyst and Sales & Service Financial Analyst). Key Job Responsibilities: - 1. Financial Planning & Forecasting - Lead quarterly forecasts and annual plans (P&L, balance sheet, units, CapEx) - Consolidate regional inputs and ensure accuracy - Analyze trends, identify change drivers, and challenge assumptions - Prepare presentations and reports for senior leaders - Monitor Soft Rock North America mining equipment sales, bookings, and margin impacts - 2. Reporting & Analysis - Oversee monthly financial reports - Perform variance and trend analysis (sales, margins, expenses, capital) - Ensure financial data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness - Maintain controls and balance sheet reconciliations - 3.
