We are currently recruiting a Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic Facilities team in El Dorado Hills. Work Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time. The Facilities Coordinator supports daily facility operations and administrative processes that help maintain a safe, secure, and efficient workplace. This role partners with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure service requests, office services, and site support activities are handled effectively. Responsibilities: - Respond to Facilities Help Desk requests and manage service tickets and work orders in MicroMain - Coordinate and dispatch facilities support for urgent issues and follow up with vendors and contractors on open work - Generate, track, and close work orders while maintaining accurate service records - Order and maintain department supplies, tools, safety equipment, uniform...
