Process Engineer

Role overview We're looking for a Process Engineer with a systematic approach to experimentation and the drive to turn lab results into real infrastructure, to join our core team. You'll own the development and iteration of our supercritical CO recycling process, from defining operating conditions to commissioning equipment on-site in Borås. Working closely with our R&D engineers and external partners, you'll bring rigour to uncertainty and move fast without cutting corners. Your Mission Process Development Design and run scCO and sub-critical fluid experiments; define operating conditions using phase equilibria and thermodynamic modelling Develop and iterate on the textile treatment process, tracking yield, fibre quality, and energy efficiency as key outputs Design structured experiments (DOE) to optimise process parameters; document results clearly and draw actionable conclusions Equipment & Operations Operate, commission, and maintain high-pressure equipment including pumps, vessels, and heat exchangers Diagnose and fix issues independently; if the rig needs fixing, you fix it Participate in the scale-up to pilot plant: equipment specification, P&ID review, process safety, and o...
