SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Plant Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the plastics molding facility. This role provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with corporate objectives related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement. The Plant Manager leads cross-functional teams, develops talent, drives performance through metrics, and serves as the primary liaison between plant operations, corporate leadership, and key customers.
