As a Trading Operations Associate at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be responsible for the Operational Management of the Pre-Live & In-Play Fanatics Betting & Gaming Sportsbook product. Responsibilities will include event settlement, the management of Retail & Online Incident and working closely with Customer Operations, content and other customer facing teams, ensuring a 1st class Betting Experience. The successful candidate does not need previous Trading experience but should be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to begin a career working within a Sports Trading Department. The position involves flexible working hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays to cover the busy sporting calendar. Responsibilities: - Reaction and management of internal and 3rd Party incidents for both Retail and Online products.
