This role works closely with the Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment for infants during their earliest stages of development. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and passionate about infant care and early childhood development . Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Lead Teacher with daily infant care routines , including feeding, diapering, and soothing. - Help maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized classroom environment . - Support infants during nap schedules, bottle feeding, and daily care routines . - Engage in age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities . - Observe and respond to infants’ needs, cues, and behaviors . - Ensure constant supervision and a calm, nurturing environment . - Assist with preparing and organizing classroom materials . - Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations .
