The Corporate Counsel provides proactive legal consultation and advice on day-to-day matters and key functional priorities of their business client. This role should have deep understanding of at least one area of law or have mid-level understanding of three or more areas of law or lines of business. The Corporate Counsel handles matters independently and proactively consults with leadership on complex work.
