Calibration Technician

Valiant is looking for a Calibration Technician to join our Team! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide calibration services on a wide range of electronic test equipment using customized manual or automated software routines. - Ensure adherence to both Industry and customer standards and best practices, and compliance to any applicable board and reviews. - Identify and implement strategic equipment and process improvements and solutions that are consistent with the customer's vision and mission. - Provide technical support to test and inspection and field personnel regarding test equipment. - Create and maintain procedures and documentation related to the calibration support. - Maintain a technical equipment library and calibration status and schedule of all equipment. - Design test procedures from manufacturer’s specifications. - Initiate procurement requests for vendor repairs and replacement equipment. - Communicate regularly with both customer management and the contract PM on the status of the calibration requirements and support. - Other duties as assigned.
