Job description

The Director, Head of Commercial Efficiency is responsible for driving operational excellence across the commercial organization by optimizing workflows, embedding continuous improvement practices, and accelerating team readiness through effective onboarding and training. This role ensures scalability, innovation, and high performance to enable the Sales organization to deliver maximum impact. Additionally, this leader will oversee sales support, ensuring that non-sales administrative and operational tasks are removed from the Sales team, allowing them to focus on sales-generating activities. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Optimization: Streamline processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of workflows. Build and maintain a centralized repository of documents for use by the Commercial organization and other stakeholders.
