The Role The Operations and Analytics team powers Veriff’s business engine, cracking the online identity crisis through scalable, data-driven insight. As Director of Business Operations, you will serve as a high-leverage operator working closely with the SVP of Operations and Analytics and the broader leadership team. You will combine strategic thinking with a bias for execution—owning planning cycles, driving critical cross-functional initiatives, and building the operational infrastructure that lets Veriff scale. What you’ll do: You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have - Strategic Planning & Goal-Setting: Lead company-wide planning cycles, from annual strategy to quarterly OKR setting. Build frameworks that turn ambitions into measurable commitments with clear accountability. - Executive Cadence: Prepare executive and board-level materials synthesizing business performance and key decisions. Run the operating cadence for the SVP, including leadership reviews and strategic offsites. - Cross-Functional Initiatives: Own 2–4 high-priority business problems at any given time, driving them from definition through to execution.
