This leader oversees carrier onboarding and engagement teams while driving strategic carrier partnerships, network design, and supply-side ecosystem growth. This role plays a critical part in strengthening MODE IQ’s ecosystem liquidity, improving carrier adoption of digital tools, and ensuring MODE delivers consistent service and competitive capacity solutions to customers and agents. Key Responsibilities: Carrier Network Strategy & Development: Design and execute MODE’s capacity strategy to ensure coverage, density, and service reliability across core markets. Develop carrier segmentation and engagement models (enterprise partners, preferred network, long-tail ecosystem carriers).
