Essential Accountabilities for the Physical Therapy Assistant - Provide therapy according to the treatment plan while monitoring progress and adjusting therapy. - Document, monitor, and analyze the patient’s progress and effects of treatment. - Communicate, educate, and provide family training on the patient’s individualized treatment plans. - Consult and collaborate with family and other staff or supports (i.e., physician, school district, other therapies). - Create and submit all reporting, including appropriate recommendations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
