Job Overview The Pride Center will affirm the dignity and diversity of all students, particularly students within the 2SLGBTQIA+ (Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, and additional gender-expansive individuals) community by providing a multi-engaging, cultural validating, educational advocacy space that promotes holistic student success (first year through graduation and beyond). There is a focus on retaining students while celebrating their achievements within the university and beyond. California State University San Marcos promotes an inclusive and equitable campus community through advocacy, education, and support services. The Center will promote an understanding of the role and impact of the 2SLGBTQIA+ histories exist in our lives and society.
