We strive to create a memorable experience for all patrons, so top-notch customer service is a must. - Say yes, thank you, my pleasure, or allow me 1000 times per shift! - Partner with bartenders, servers, and anyone else to ensure service stations are set-up, maintained, and broken down correctly. - Make sure anyone who is ordering alcohol is old enough to legally partake. - Expo food, drinks, and other items as indicated by the ticket (usually all at the same time)! - Listen to guest needs and quickly obtain what is needed. - Be attentive to whether a guest needs to find transportation home due to alcohol intake and inform appropriate members of managemen...
