Position Summary SCA Pittsburgh's Young Adult Summer crew will be made up of 5 members and 1 adult mentor crew leaders. The program will work in various Pittsburgh locations with occasional environmental education trips. This program is an intermediate level position with the goal of connecting young people with nature. The program is 50-75% conservation field work, such as improving trails, managing invasive species, and planting native species. The remainder of the program 25-50% is environmental education, leadership development, and workforce readiness. This program meets Monday-Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm. Location: Pittsburgh, PA: Schedule: June 8, 2026 - August 7, 2026 Key Duties and Responsibilities: The program is 50-75% conservation field work, such as improving trails, managing invasive species, and planting native species. Participants will work outside in all weather conditions, and engage in team building activities.
