This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career in operations, customer support, administration, or technology who wants hands-on experience working with CRM systems, client onboarding, and internal operations. In this role, you’ll help support the rollout and day-to-day use of Trussi.ai, our proprietary roofing CRM platform. You’ll work closely with team members across operations, client support, and technology to help ensure clients and internal users have a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to grow with a fast-paced company.
