Overview Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fredericksburg, VA HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to elementary students in a collaborative, school-based environment. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CF) looking for mentorship and a structured school-day schedule. Position Details: Schedule: Full-Time: Projected Start Date: August 2026: Workday: 7.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute lunch Student Population: Kindergarten through 5th Grade Caseload: Approximately 50 students: Employment Type: W-2 employee (not contract or 1099) Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience Additional Opportunities: Optional part-time summer hours may be available Why Join HealthPRO Pediatrics?
