Job description

The Print Supervisor helps to oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s in-house print shop, ensuring high-quality, on-time, cost-effective production and fulfillment. This role leads a team of print and fulfillment professionals while driving process efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and motivated to remove bottlenecks, manage multiple priorities and enhance structure and accountability across print production and fulfillment. This role is onsite 5 days a week at our Richardson, Texas location with some additional weekend shift work as needed. Print Shop Operations & Fulfillment Management · Help to manage end-to-end print shop operations including intake, job planning, scheduling, production, finishing, packaging, and fulfillment. · Ensure production quality standards, brand consistency, and adherence to turnaround times, deadlines, and service levels. · Identify and prioritize work for appropriate printers and timelines to ensure printed in priority order. · Review layouts, proofs, and files for print accuracy and production readiness. · Enforce quality control standards and approve final print jobs. · Trouble-shoot co...
