May conduct a psychiatric social work assessment according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. Develops treatment plans with appropriate and competent interventions. The LICSW will provide services designed to meet patients' specific mental health and substance abuse needs as they relate to their diagnosis.
