Job Description Job Title: Western Corps Program Coordinator Reports to: Program Manager – Western Corps Status: Full-Time Non - Exempt, Permanent Salary: $ 21.63 - $26.44 / Hour Location: Ridgecrest, CA (Hybrid-Remote): Position Summary: The Student Conservation Association provides an array of corps and crews programming across the country . Program Coordinators help with the administrative and logistical tasks of executing program in their corresponding region . The Program Coordinator position is responsible f or ensuring the lo gistical and administrative task lists associated with the safe , complete and acc urate ex ecuti on of SC A’s various Crew and Corps programs in their portfolio are completed in a timely mann er . This person he lps ensures field l eaders are equipped for the program delivery work scheduled, comply with curr iculum and any applicable mandates, safety controls, logistical service/program delivery needs, and mandatory internal record-keeping an d administrative requirements.
