Position Description: Inspects Unit for any prep flaws. Following blueprints and work orders, verifies paint codes and layout. Tacks off and paints using correct paint system, either gravity fed or pressure pot as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Below are examples of the type of duties you could be responsible for: · Read and follow blueprints and work orders · Tape measure accuracy · Paint preparation · Various air tools · Cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment Qualifications: · Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen · Basic reading, writing, & verbal skills Knowledge, Training, Skills and/or Experience: Experience and education are a plus; however, it’s not required. Wabash provides training for all assembler positions. Upon receiving an offer letter from us, you’ll undergo orientation and several days of training, preparing you for the production floor.
