Engineering Services Manager Department: Transportation: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Tallahassee, FL: Description: As Engineering Services Manager for the DRMP Tallahassee office , you will be responsible for day-to-day engineering business development and operating activities. You will be directly managing a team of engineers, technical staff, and student interns to ensure the successful execution of engineering design projects while facilitating smooth daily operations, consistent workflow, and continued professional development of staff. Critical to the role is the ability to collaborate effectively with other firm leaders. Your Primary Responsibilities will include: Operational Management: - Actively manage the day-to-day business including staffing, planning, and execution of project assignments within the team. - Support workshare and positive collaboration with all DRMP offices and service lines.
