Job Title: Deal Desk Specialist Department: Sales: About the Role: As a Deal Desk SpecialistManager you will oversee and optimize the sales process within UU’s deal desk function. Ensuring deals are structured and executed efficiently, supporting sales teams and contributing to revenue growth. The role is crucial in maintaining pricing integrity, contract compliance, and smooth deal flow, often involving collaboration with various departments like sales, finance, and legal. What You'll Do: - Serve as a primary advisor to sales on complex and non-standard deal structures, pricing models, and contractual terms. - Quote-to-Order Management: Manage the end-to-end deal process, including support creating, reviewing, and approving quotes and contracts. - Serve as the first line of support for non-standard deal requests, helping sales reps navigate approvals and internal processes. - Own and resolve deal related escalations - Collaborate to build and maintain Deal Desk playbooks and training materials. - Validate pricing strategies, ensure contracts align with company policies and legal requirements, and help maintain pricing accuracy. - Leverage CRM tools to track sales agreements, manag...
