Experienced Team Lead – Collaboration/Productivity Technology

Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional in both technology and people leadership to own the strategy, lifecycle, and performance of our global Collaboration and Productivity platforms. This role is accountable end-to-end — from technology evaluation and roadmap development through implementation, governance, support, optimization, and ongoing evolution. You will lead a team of eight engineers responsible for delivering highly reliable collaboration services that power a fast-paced, global trading firm. This is an experienced managerial role operating in a lean, high-accountability environment. Success requires strong technical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on engagement when necessary. This is not a day-to-day engineering position; however, deep fluency in Microsoft 365 and modern collaboration ecosystems is essential.
