Ensures all machinery is in working order and that all production employees have been formally trained for performing their daily routine duties. Ensure employees are always using the proper PPE. Empower employees by providing the necessary visual aids needed for optimal productivity and potential opportunity. Responsible for the overall efficiency of the production department. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads production team by demonstrating company values with utmost respect, dignity, and candor. Ensures employees are provided a safe work environment and work in a safe manner.
