Job Title Facility HVAC Technician Job Description Summary: Job Description: #INDSkilledTrades ****This candidate will support several buildings throughout the Midland, TX area*** Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required). 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. EPA Universal Certification (preferred). Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, and chillers. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance across assigned properties. Respond to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
