Job description

Position Summary Tenant improvement and capital expenditure design support. Essential Functions: - As-Built Record Drawing Development - Update existing office area and base building Revit models to reflect the current as-built layout condition. - Assure that all walls, doors, millwork, ceiling, and light fixtures are accurately modeled per the construction documents and align with company modeling standards. - Visit property sites to verify accuracy of as-built models and adjust models as needed. - Tenant Improvement & Capital Expenditure Project Support - Shadow team members to gain an understanding of how an interior design department works within a commercial office real estate investment trust (REIT); attend meetings, visit construction sites, etc. - Collaborate with design team to plan, design, develop test fits and pricing drawings. - Provide Revit design support for ongoing tenant and capital projects. Qualifications and Skills: Pay: $18.00 per hour. - Degree seeking college student in the Architecture or Interior Design fields of study. - Proficient in Revit with ability to accurately model existing interior conditions, including walls, doors, ceilings, lighting, cabinetry...
