HVAC Specialist Department: Environmental Services: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Chelsea, MI: Description: Schedule: Exempt, min 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm Department: Environmental Services | Chelsea Retirement Community | Chelsea, MI What You'll Do: As an HVAC Specialist , you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for residents and team members. In this role, you’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, and complete a variety of mechanical and plumbing-related repairs throughout the community. You’ll install and service HVAC equipment, hydronic systems, pumps, pipes, fittings, and control systems while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and applicable regulations. This role also involves managing work orders, prioritizing scheduled jobs, tracking materials and labor, and helping maintain efficient building operations.
