You act as an expert point of escalation for complex service cases at regional and national level, working closely with service teams to resolve issues that require in‑depth technical analysis.You investigate complex technical problems, identify root causes, and support the definition and execution of corrective action plans. Where needed, you provide on‑site service support to ensure issues are resolved effectively and sustainably.You are actively involved in design and development projects as the service lead, representing the service perspective throughout the product lifecycle.
