As a Production Expeditor/Scheduler at Genie, based in, you'll play a pivotal role in working with suppliers over the phone expediting backorder resolution. What you’ll do: Liaison with Customer Service to expedite orders that have hung-up in the system due to account errors, credit card failures, wrong address, and other problems with processing through Ship Console.
