Job Description Summary The Materials Production Team Leader supports the day‑to‑day operations of the plant to help ensure reliable, consistent production. You will work closely with front‑line teams across the production line, including Service Shops, to plan and execute daily activities. The role offers some autonomy and is strongly focused on hands‑on execution within established processes and operating standards. You will apply judgment to routine situations and problem‑solving, with guidance available as needed. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations. Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
