Organizational Level: This is an intermediate level safety management position with a developmental focus toward promotion to Safety Specialist III Reports to: Site Safety Manager: Works closely with: Construction Manager, Superintendents, Field Staff, Owners, & Subcontractors Activities/ Responsibilities/ Duties: - Perform as an advocate for Signal Energy, LLC by promoting company Core Principles and mission, a proactive safety culture, and policies and procedures. - Represent Signal Energy in a professional manner with clients, subcontractors, local officials, and others at all times. - Support Site Safety Manager in the management of renewable energy project injury and illness prevention plans for the construction of project infrastructure to include but not limited to roads, foundations, high voltage electrical works, substations, and generation components. - Work closely with the Site Safety Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Signal Energy project staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the project injury and illness prevention plan. - Effectively performs audit, inspection, and surveillance activities in accordance with the project injury and...
