MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking to add an experienced Engineering Support Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in the execution of its mission, including providing technical, programmatic management, environmental planning and logistics support services. This full-time on-site position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Functions: - Providing executive-level support to NNSA Offices/Programs - Assist in coordinating leadership meetings and video teleconferences - Maintain requisite classification controls. - Coordinate technical seminars. - Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining project management/control, classified scheduling and reporting systems and tools, in support of the Life Extension, Alteration, Modification, and other NNSA programs, including but not limited to: Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Risk Registers, etc. - Support roll up of project assignments, milestones, and performance into an integrated project-wide view. - Analyze cost and schedule control systems and provide recommendations to NNSA Federal Program Managers to assist in ensuring that NNSA sites are in confor...
