This role provides hands‑on technical expertise—particularly in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems—while leading a team of maintenance technicians responsible for preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with advanced HVAC certifications and a commitment to high‑quality service in an educational setting. Job Description Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance. Prepares all market-ready apartments, which may include painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping to ensure a quality product to our residents. Completes service requests in a timely manner.
