TL;DR As Community Program Lead, you will turn Lovables global builder ecosystem into a measurable driver of activation, retention, and brand strength. Youll define and execute a global community program strategy aligned with company-level growth targets, build and scale programs (Ambassadors, Campus Leaders, etc).The core of this role is scaling a community flywheel, recruiting and supporting local ambassadors, running recurring events, and converting community engagement into measurable business impact.
