Salary Pay Range: $97,858.44/yr. - $127,796.59/yr. Job Summary: The Nursing Supervisor provides clinical and administrative leadership for nursing staff in a 24/7 medically managed withdrawal program. This role ensures high quality patient centered care in accordance with medical and behavioral health protocols, regulatory standards and organizational policies. Supervises all nursing staff to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients undergoing withdrawal management services. Supervisory: - Manages the day-to-day functioning of the admitted patients. - Ensures staff nurses and lab staff are following standard protocols and documenting all processes and procedures correctly. - Manages nursing processes and updates all clinical documents for the purposes of clinical oversight and accreditation reviews and guidelines. - Ensures medications are ordered, documented, and supplies are tracked so all aspects of the withdrawal management environment are managed. - Performs daily admission function and monitors patients for medication side effects. - Provides coverage and direct care within team setting. - Serves as a clinical resource to the team. - Supports new staff on boar...
