Job Title Biomedical Equipment Technician - Loma Linda, CA Job Description: Biomedical Equipment Technician - Loma Linda, CA This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements. Your role: Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on equipment utilizing the service manual, OJT, OEM or 3rd Party training. The identification and resolution of customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate site service personnel. Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal.
