We are looking for a Major Accounts Associate to join our Surrey team as the critical bridge between the two. This isn’t a “sit back and wait” role. You are the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring every commitment we make is executed, keeping their equipment and operations up and running from delivery to final invoice. What You’ll Be Doing: Working directly with our Sales and Operations teams, you are the “Operational Partner” for our major accounts. You aren’t just monitoring spreadsheets; you’re managing the gears behind the scenes: The Go-To Contact: You are the first person our customers call for equipment, parts, or rental support. The Red-Tape Cutter: You own the customer experience. If there’s a delay or issue, you step in and get it resolved quickly, before the customer has to ask twice. Uptime Advocate: You keep a pulse on fleet health. If a machine is down, you push internal teams to get it back up and running.
