Molding Setup & Resin Technician, Material Handler 3rd Shift

Job description

Position Summary Performs any one or combination of related material handling activities. Operates forklift to complete material movement, loads/unloads, sorts and stores materials/products onto pallets and carts. Picks, issues, counts, labels raw materials and work in process (WIP) to the production lines and back to stock. Inspects documentation for conformity. Operates a computer and provides back up for all related jobs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Issues and returns materials to and from the production lines. Completes daily room checklist. Maintains compliance training and certification for assigned area. Performs and documents inventory cycle counts. - Maintains accurate data entries. Controls material damage. Identifies inventory discrepancies and takes appropriate action to reconcile the condition. Assists support groups in the resolution of material discrepancies. - Maintains safe conveyance of loaded commodity carts and mechanical moving equipment. Follows area safety guidelines. Immediately reports damage or safety related items to area supervisor. - Delivers, unloads and correctly identifies raw materials in conventional storage locations. Assists support gr...
