JOB DESCRIPTION: POSITION: CHILD, ADOLESCENT & FAMILY CLINICIAN, SCHOOL BASED: CLASSIFICATION CODE: EXEMPT FULL TIME: DEPARTMENT: CHILD, ADOLESCENT & FAMILY SERVICES: REPORTS TO: CHILD, ADOLESCENT & FA M ILY SERVICES CLINICAL SUPERVISOR: STATEMENT OF JOB : This Position provides therapeutic services to clients enrolled or eligible to be enrolled with Apache Behavioral Health Services. The School B ased Clinician provides assessment, counseling, and clinical support for children and their families. The School Based Clinician also assists with referral services to the appropriate entities and acts in collaboration with other C hild and F amily T eam and A dult R ecovery T eam members, including other clinicians , cas e managers, families, and other stakeholders. This position will also act as an advocate for the client with other service providers when appropriate to do so.
