Reporting to the Director of Residence Life & Housing Services, this position provides oversight of housing operations, student engagement initiatives, and residential life programs that support student success and retention. This role leads the administration of housing assignments and management of housing systems, while also contributing to strategic planning, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making. The Assistant Director collaborates across campus partners to support recruitment efforts, orientation programming, and communication with students and families.
