Description Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator: Department: Loading / Customer Service: Position Summary: Serves as a liaison between customers, production, and shipping. Responsible for managing customer pick-up (CPU) tickets, coordinating UPS/FRT shipments, and ensuring accurate communication regarding order status and delivery readiness. Duties and Responsibilities: · Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery scheduling · Manage and track CPU tickets; coordinate with production on timelines · Coordinate UPS and freight shipments, including labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and purchase orders · Confirm delivery readiness with customers prior to shipment · Generate daily CPU reports and maintain documentation · Support shipping operations and coordinate with loaders for staged pick-ups · Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner · Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills and Abilities: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively · Strong organizational and...
