JOB SUMMARY: The Area Director of Marketing (ADM), Luxury Brands provides consultative, strategic oversight of marketing activities across Luxury properties within an area for Managed and Franchised hotels. Communicates and supports area marketing plans and provides guidance on developing and executing a holistic marketing approach including budget recommendations for the MxM (managed by Marriott) hotel categories. The ADM will work closely with marketing, sales, and revenue management discipline leadership, luxury brand leaders and regional teams to meet market needs for the area. Monitors the overall effectiveness of marketing in the area and will provide guidance to the on property MxM marketing associates to ensure they are delivering and executing marketing plans that meet the business targets while ensuring the appropriate “pull through” of corporate and brand marketing, digital strategies, programs, processes, and initiatives for the benefit of individual hotels in their region.
