Drive impactful customer onboarding and engagement campaigns to increase retention and financial health. Support monthly product launches and change initiatives by executing repeatable campaign operations processes, maintaining marketing repositories, and coordinating content recertifications to ensure materials stay current, controlled, and ready for use. As a Marketing Associate on the Customer Engagement Campaign Marketing team, you will be in a process-learning role supporting monthly product launches and ongoing change initiatives. You will help keep campaigns moving by maintaining campaign documentation and repositories, coordinating content updates and annual recertification workflows, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
