Position Summary: The Complex Assistant General Manager (AGM) serves as the primary operational leader supporting the Complex General Manager in overseeing two high-volume, beachfront hotels. This role is responsible for driving daily execution, ensuring alignment across both properties, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operational performance. The Complex AGM acts as the bridge between strategic direction and on-the-ground execution, partnering closely with Directors of Rooms, Food & Beverage, and shared services leaders to achieve financial and service goals.
